The perfect portable seat and diaper bag...in one!
I don't write a lot of reviews, mainly because I don't have time (and I forget) but we've been using this for about a week and love it. I got it to go on vacation. I have a two-year-old son about 35 pounds who will not sit still.I think my favorites things are (1.) the hard bottom seat and (2.) the storage inside the seat. I didn't even bring a diaper bag on this trip and I fit my wallet, a change of clothes, 6 diapers, a pack of wipes and 2 snack cracker bags (that was for a whole day walking around Savannah). Most of the time I carry wipes and some diapers and there is room to spare! You can even undo the Velcro inside so there is a little more room (that's how I fit my wallet in). The pocket is easy to get to also when you're carrying it.I like the option of the feet to raise it up. We haven't had to use it yet, but would if he was younger or smaller/shorter. I was worried about not having a 5-point harness, but my little one seems incredibly content with just the lap harness. He hadn't done any of his typical fidgeting or trying to stand up. I think he likes sitting at the table rather than the high hair (which usually has broken straps, if a restaurant has one at all).Cons? The only one was the thick carrying strap. It is adjustable but if it could be a little longer that'd be great. For all day carrying, I wore it shoulder to hip and it dug in a little towards the end of the day. But it didn't bounce around while walking, I barely noticed it was there.This has been one of my smartest Amazon purchase yet (and we buy a lot). Wish I had it for my 5 year old! My friend is having a baby, I think I might get one for the shower!

Purchased this portable booster during the pandemic to use if we visited an outdoor restaurant.

I choose this particular booster because:
(1) it has an integrated bag on the lower portion of the booster. We use this area to store my son's Epi Pen (emergency allergy medicine) and some toys and coloring books to entertain him while dining. Best decision to buy this product just on the integrated bag alone! Also fits a diaper and small wipe pack.

(2) I liked that it was foldable and could carry like a bag. The strap is adjustable and extremely easy to carry.

(3) It is light weight, yet holds my 2-year-olds weight.

(4) Material: beautiful blue, pleasing to eye, nice poly material that is easy to clean and wipe, and will hold up to being portable (thrown around).

(5) Easy to clean! Oh, I said that already :)

The workmanship is fantastic. I was actually surprised at how well it is made. It has a couple buttons where you hold in the back of the booster which encases the straps. The straps are accessible and easy to take out when wrapping around a chair and tying your child in.

CONS: the only con is that I do wish the sides of the booster where the child sits was thicker/sturdier or that it had an additional strap around the chest (like a grocery cart strap that sits higher). This is not a deal breaker AT ALL since you are suppose to be supervising your kids in a booster at all times anyways.

OVERALL: a worthwhile purchase! I already purchased a 2nd one to gift for Christmas. LOVE, LOVE this booster. I really like that it is light weight, has the bag area, and is easy to clean.

My preschooler still does best in a highchair, but his long legs and large feet (size 1!) mean that he doesn't fit in many restaurants' high chairs. And by fit, I mean he can get in, has plenty of room for his hips and butt, but then can't get out because of the length of his feet/legs.
This travel friendly seat works really well for our needs. It easily fastens on to a variety of restaurant chairs, is really light weight, and I can fit a full pack of wipes, a size 5/6 change of clothes, a couple pull on diapers, four apple sauce pouches, and a fork/spoon set. I'm sure I could fit more in that space, too, if I tried.
We needed a three point seat belt like this seat has, and I think we'll get a good amount of time before he outgrows it.
The straps don't go back into the seat as neatly as they did out of the box when *I* fold it up while kid wrangling, but that's to be expected.
We've carried it all around Boston on foot in August, fully loaded, without wanting to yeet it into the harbor, so I'm 100% comfortable recommending it!
For reference, our kiddo is 47" tall, wears size 5/6 clothes, and tends towards the tall and lean side. A kiddo with larger hips would most likely NOT fit comfortably in this seat.

I bought a couple of these to take along on spring break. I have had a quality issue with one -- one of the straps broke, from the top right which keeps the back upright aligned to the chair back, 4 days into use, when we were fastening it onto a chair and tightening. But this did not detract from the usability. may be a safety issue only if you are using for a very little one. But the manufacturer was extremely helpful though I have to ship back to them at my expense. I had purchased from target which refused to take back a defective used item at the store. I ended up purchasing a replacement from Amzn

I think this would work great for a 9 mo old and up that is pretty steady and can sit upright easily. While it has a 45 lb limit, it may be a tight fit for a chubbier child, would definitely pick the chicco if your kid is over the 85 - 90% in weight for height because my chubbier twin barely fits into the straps at full extension.

If you purchase the  Summer Infant Tiny Diner, Blue  and  Kiddopotamus Bibbity Rinse & Roll Bib in Blue  they match perfectly with the seat and store inside the seat easily and you have a travel kit ready to go! I have the green placemat as well and the color does not match quite as nicely if you care about those things :-)

I purchased a couple of these even though I have this one as well -- Chicco TravelSeat Hook On Chair, Adventure  for my 18 mo twins because the Chicco is heavy and larger to put into a suitcase. For drive to vacations, where space and weight are not constraints I like the chicco better coz it puts the babies at the table. Also the Chicco is washable while this is strictly wipe clean so definitely not for every day use as a booster.

If you purchase the  Summer Infant Tiny Diner, Blue  and  Kiddopotamus Bibbity Rinse & Roll Bib in Blue  they match perfectly with the seat and store inside the seat easily and you have a travel kit ready to go!

This little seat was great on vacation with our 23 month old! I bought a few different seats before leaving and settled on this one for a few reasons :
1) sturdy, square base that fits in any chair no matter how wide or narrow
2) no cumbersome table to tote around, just seat your child at the table with you
3) really easy to clean, just pop it in the washer after it gets messed up
4) storage underneath for all the plates and cutlery needed

Cons:
- not great for a child who can't sit up strongly on their own
- the belt attaches around the upper thighs, which isn't the most secure
- the elevated seating means your child's chair has a higher center of gravity... Our girl was able to get her legs between the chair and the table and almost tipped herself backward. Make sure you really tuck them under the table edge

Overall, I'm really happy with it. Glad I bought it and it was great on vacation!

For the price, this is absolutely one of the best buys we've made for our children. It started out as a good portable seat when visiting friends and family who didn't have a high chair. When my eldest turned 2 we used it at home every day at the dinner table, until she was tall enough to sit in her own chair. It has put up with a lot of use and still looks good. All the straps and the zip are still functioning perfectly after 3 years of use and it is now being used by my second child and I expect it to last another year or two.

One thing to note is that I found the seat only suitable from about 21 months onwards, or when your child will sit up straight all the time!

Would definitely recommend this booster seat!

I've squeezed in a nappy, wipes, bib and cutlery so if we stop for lunch as part of a journey, it's all we have to take in with us.
